3. Project Overview

Hunan Yicheng Technology Co., Ltd. produces dilute sulfuric acid as a by-product. Dilute sulfuric acid is often unsalable, causing the company to stop production and seriously restricting the survival and development of the company. In order to solve this bottleneck problem, Hunan Yicheng Chemical Co., Ltd. The second phase of the comprehensive utilization of dilute sulfuric acid will be constructed by using the existing idle workshops to produce magnesium sulfate. The investment of this project is 3 million yuan, and a new magnesium sulfate production line is added, and the designed production capacity of magnesium sulfate is 2,000 tons. It consists of production workshop (including raw material stacking area and finished product stacking area) and environmental protection projects. The power distribution room, water supply and office facilities rely on the existing projects, and the drying heat utilizes the heat released by the synthesis of SO2 in the existing projects. The project is in line with the national industrial policy, and the construction of the project is conducive to promoting local economic development and environmental protection.
